October-November Trade

While I take a gander outside after spending my morning getting the leaves off my front lawn, I can't help but wonder if nature is playing a trick on us.  It seems to me that October and November have swapped places, which means December could feel more like January - a scary prospect.

Isabel H-A wanted me to extend the invite to the Southwest Belly-Dancing Club's event tomorrow afternoon.  You can see the facebook link here, but the info is below:
Sunday Nov 22, 2-4 PM, Westminster Church, 1200 Nicollet (in the Great Hall).
I hope to attend and see some of you there.

That is, of course, if we are all still alive.  With the opening of "2012" last weekend, and the following news from Utah, I wonder if the Mayans may be right...

Even stranger still is what you see below.  Wow.

  2. I wish anonymous posting was available on this, Romo, why do you always wear pleated shorts?

  3. the shorts are pleated due to my religious convictions. seriously - I simply go with comfort and what's in my dresser (or on my laundry room table/floor). Shorts in general are due to the weird fluctuations in room temp throughout the day and the number of torn pants due to sharp edges on tables, desks, etc. could outfit a small nation's army.
