Danger Ahead...

I am going to make the Ch. 8 and Ch. 9 quizzes tomorrow - AND the Ch. 10 quiz.  You're going to take the Ch. 10 quiz on Monday...with NO CLASSROOM PREP, followed by two days of Ch. 10 prep and ANOTHER Ch. 10 quiz the following Monday.  BOTH QUIZZES WILL COUNT.  Be prepared for similar experiences in the future.  I have asked, prodded, reminded you to read the chapter BEFORE the class prep, with little (if any) change.  So I have decided to have a pretest and post-test from now on, with both assessments being added to the gradebook.  So, read the chapters, and this since it's related to what we covered in class today.

    To clarify, Wednesday (manyana) we are taking the chapter 8 and chapter 9 quizzes despite the fact that the cal says Thursday. Then we will have a chapter 10 quiz Friday and another on Monday. If all of this is correct, say "yes." Thank you!

    NO - 8 & 9 Quiz on Thursday - I am MAKING it tomorrow. Ch. 10 Prequiz on Monday with a post-quiz the following Monday (since I am NOT planning anything vital on Weds because of Thanksgiving on Thurs). Get it?
