Oceania, Latin America, Oh my!
Many people were out today, so we made do with who we had. Tomorrow's map quiz will cover South America and historical significance of Oceanic Regions/Islands. For South America, there will be NO matching (You will have to write the names of the countries ON the map). For Oceania, you'll simply have to match the island with historical significance. I'm looking at a 30-pt quiz.

ok so what islands do we have to look up?
ReplyDeleteis it only the ones we talked about or all of them?
Yeah do you want us to know historical significance of every island on the maps?
ReplyDeleteOr are there certain main ones we should focus on. Just wondering - Not whining.
Do we have to spell the countrie of South America correctly. P.S. What's the homework for Schwartz Fourth hour, anyone?

ReplyDeleteLet's just calm down. Study SA and the Islands listed in earlier blog posts.
ReplyDelete:) now take a deep breath and relax.
Guys, chill it down. Yelling over the blog thingy will not make Romo come faster. BTW, who on Earth is this Call of duty obbsessed JewishFish person?
ReplyDelete;) *CHUCKLE* ;)
ReplyDeleteYou all freak out too much - trust Elijah and Tate. They had you covered. This will be the EASIEST test - less than 20 nations, plus about 7 islands for which you need to know stupid facts that have some cultural/historical relevance. Pitcairn? Fiji? Midway? Guam? Hawaii? Easter? Bikini? Pretty simple. We went over MANY in class. For any you do not know, use deductive reasoning.
And LOST kinda sucked tonight.
Hey kids (and/or Romo) does this thingy include any of central America? Or does that go on the already rediculous North America test?
ReplyDeleteI'm gonna go watch some South Park, read a bit, and then fall asleep to Futurama or relaxing tunes. G'Night. You will all do just fine.
