  6. How much of the constitution do we need to know?

    I've got the Bill of Rights down hard (Freedom of speech, Bearing Arms, No soldier Quarters, Warrants, Due process, Speedy fair public trial, Trial by Jury, punishment guidlines, unenumerated rights, states rights WITHOUT LOOKING.) and am starting with the others. The articles, not so much.

    And for the government test are we only allowed to use our hand-written constitution simplification packet during the test or can we take more notes and use them during the test?

  10. frances - are you a brainless zombie? govt test wefds. constitution and basic terminology only. econ test thurs. everyone needs to read and clean out earwax in class. you all freak out too much. if you learned and understood, you should know - which means you should test well. jeesh.

  13. On the website for Article 1, Section 9, it says that Congress can pass laws making things that happened previously illegal. Is that right, or is it supposed to say that they can't do that?
