Congress

We started the Ch 12 slides today.  To say everyone was a bit comatose and/or lethargic is an understatement.  We'll finish tomorrow and start Ch 14 on Wednesday.  Check out the Texas Congressional Districts and see how weird the shapes are.  It's called gerrymandering.

    Texas is pretty gerrymandered, but I'd say Illinois is even worse, in particular check out their 4th and 17th districts:
