Many people are so ridiculously frightened about the President speaking directly to America's students about the importance of education. While not live, I will show his speech to you on Thursday, hoping that you pinpoint phrases or ideas that are rooted in in his liberal ideology versus what would be more universal...basically are (were) people justified in being worried about his indoctrination of our youth?
IN class today, we started the first chapter powerpoint. Periods 2 & 3 got their textbooks. Don't worry - 1st hour is tomorrow. Read away - because you have a quiz on Friday.
